All my items are sent via 1st class post and will require a signature upon delivery. Please don't request 2nd class post or shipping which does not require a signature.
I ship Tuesday through Saturday and sometimes on a Sunday and a Monday. (pelase don't rely on Sun/Mon though)
Damages:
If the parcel is visualy and externaly damaged, you have three options:
1. Sign to accept the delivery, in which case any damage is your own responsibility and no claim can be entertained.
2. Refuse to accept the delivery and tell the delivery person to return the parcel to source.
3. Tell the delivery person you want to inspect the contents before signing. If you are happy with the contents after inspection, sign the delivery persons sheet.
If you are not happy with the contents after inspection, tell the delivery person to return the parcel to source.
In all cases, once you sign and accept delivery, you sign to say you are happy with the condition of the contents, and no insurance claim will be entertained.
Packaging:
All items are shipped either in bubble packed Jiffy bags or securely wrapped in bubble wrap.
However, larger consignments may be packaged in re-cyled cardboard boxes.
Insurance:
All parcels are insured up to a maximum £39.00. (Post Office limit... not mine) If you require extra insurance, please contact me before purchasing.
European and Worldwide Shipping:
European and Worldwide shipping is by Airsure and is tracked right to your delivery address. Please do not request cheaper forms of shipping. Airsure is the only way I will ship outside of the UK.
